WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

We ship Worldwide!  Add items to your cart and check out.  Available shipping options and cost will be provided to you.  Please review our FAQs for commonly asked questions.

HOW LONG UNTIL YOUR ORDER SHIPS?

In stock items (typically Planets, Galaxies, Nebulas) ship within approximately two (2) business days.  
Custom items and/or non-stock items are made to order and will be shipped in approximately 7-10 business days.  Contact us if you are uncertain about the status of the items you have ordered.

Orders with specific delivery dates (i.e., upcoming party, departure from your address, wedding date, birth date, etc.) are recommended to contact us to ensure the order can deliver on time. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships. Shipping quotes are transit times only. Minimum two business days processing for all orders.
Include your event dates/travel dates in the special instructions field!

Our products are all handmade.  Most items are made to order. 


Orders ship according to demand which is highly dependent on holidays, press features, etc.  Once shipped, most orders are received within a week to a domestic address and approximately 7-21 business days to an international address via First Class Mail (USPS is not a guaranteed service).  Express options are recommended for international orders.  We are NOT responsible for lost or misdirected packages.  Customs and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.


LOCAL PICKUP OPTION

Local pickup is an option and if you plan to collect your order from our store, you must select local pickup but ALSO communicate that date with us so we may have your order ready for you.

REFUNDS + RETURNS


Food products may not be returned.  You may receive store credit or replacements. Refunds are an option only for orders that have not yet shipped.  Please contact us if you have a problem with your order.
